Funny thing about the rainbow trout at The Cannery, a nice seafood restaurant in Newport Beach. At lunchtime, for $34, it’s the most expensive thing on the menu. That same trout at dinnertime, however, is still $34, which is by far the cheapest of several very nice fish entrees.
